is agloco fraud?

I just join the agloco. I don't have any idea how is agloco works, can anyone tell me? is viewbar required in earning? if yes, why the viewbar is currently unavailable ? I hope anyone can help me with this matter, thanks :)

I never joined agloco because I think it's a fake site..they never pay anyone. I don't know who all here is always talking about that site..
