Why do Indians and other asian countries do speak gramatically wrong English?

oops...tat was a mistake... i mean to say tat indians and asians dont have english as their mother tongue... most of the time we speak our mother tongue or our natinal language so we dont concentrate on english.. but becoz of the school and colleges, subjects and jobs we have to learn english.. and also english is universal language..we need to learn it so tat we can contact with anyone frm anywhere assuming he/she might know the language as we do...
