Indian music being taken over by Pakistani rockstars?

I am an indian.. but pakistanis have good ears to music. It was Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Junoon, Jal and now Raeth... I feel music sees no boundries though... Wht do u guys think? is this change a positive or negitive for indian market?

well pakistani soloartists have always been better than their indian counter parts no offense to the indies

Well, comparing in the private album field, i totally aggree.. But our movie-music industry is grand to b compared to anything..

i am an indian too.... i dont think music should be led by market concerns!! a good musician should be appreciated anywhere! i love a good song by any singer, be it pakistani, american, british, chinese or indian! and i am sure every music lover thinks so! art should not be confined by political boundaries!

i agree dude... but dont u think it lowers the chances of local artists to get noticed?? i mean wher is the indian idol 2? wher is the qazi-ruprekha pair?? Make no mistake dude.. i m really fond of pakistani music.. infact i hear it more than hindi music..

pakistani singer r better thn indian singer.... not everyone... but most of the indian singer r crap...
