Satellite or Cable?

Which do you prefer? I have had Cable and Satellite. I prefer Satellite because more channels are available and the only real problem I find is deciding what to watch! LOL Cable doesn't give as much to watch. Sometimes satellite can go out because of heavy rain but that doesn't happen much in my area. What about you? Which do you prefer and why?

I prefer cable because is more stable, It doesn't depend the image clarity by weather or something else. If some bad people cuts the cable, that's it.. the cable provider will fix it and will be no problems. I like cables!

I prefer cable,I do not have to worry about outages,Plus cable tv here does have lots and lots of choices,I try satelite tv before,but there are so many rules when you live in a townhome.I could not have it attahed to my gate,I had to have a bucket of cement to put the iron pole in and then attach the satelite. It was so much trouble,I kept it up for about 3 weeks,then I got rid of it and returned to cable.although with the satelite i could get those other channels that I am not able to get on the cable channels. :)

Cable is good. Satellite has too much problems with storms and stuff and when a bad storm hits, you can't get your local channels to find out any reports through satellite.
