Father died from male breast cancer

My father was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1998. He was almost 5 years clean when it came back in other areas of his body like the lungs, stomach, and brain. Almost every female on his side of the family has breast cancer. He was able to get tested to see what gene causes this. I got tested for the gene and it came back positive that I have the gene, which means I have a 98% chance of getting the breast cancer and a higher chance that I will get ovarian cance as well. The cancer took him on December 2004.
