What is the hardest home improvement job you've ever tried.

For me it was moving a water heater upstairs after it had been replaced.

We just got our house a couple of weeks ago and haven't attempted any major home improvements yet. But, I'm trying to figure out how much it will cost me to finish our attic and whether it can be done since the ceiling won't hold much weight.

For me its the plumbing replacement as it was old and has water leaks, whew! just had it done when the bill arrived with so much charge on it and amount of water used.
