At what age do kids usually find out there is not really a Santa?

My kids are 10,7 and6. They all still believe in Santa but I have never felt right about lying to them about it and I was wondering if anyone else has had the experience of thier kids finding out there wasn't a Santa and what you told your kids to make it easier on them.
