Does anyone have snails in their water garden or inside aquarium?

We have an overabundance of small snails in our water gardens and inside aquarium. Will this hurt the fish? I usually take a natural approach and allow things to grow as they will, but I'm concerned about having all these snails. They do seem to do a great job cleaning the algea on the surface of the liners, but they lay all these jelly-like eggs everywhere.
I'll add a picture, maybe someone can tell me more about these snails.
Thanks.

I don't think the snails will hurt the fish. I used to have some in my tank, but not too many. Coz i have some weeds inside my tank, if i don't control the number of snails, the weeds will be finished up those snails. Yeah, you are right, these little snails will help clean up the tank a little, but not too effective. I think you forgot to upload a picture that u mention. Now is the time :)
