We have all sinned and deserve God's judgment. God, the Father, sent His only Son to satisfy that judgment for those who believe in Him. Jesus, the creator and eternal Son of God, who lived a sinless life, loves us so much that He died for our sins, taking the punishment that we deserve, was buried, and rose from the dead according to the Bible. If you truly believe and trust this in your heart, receiving Jesus alone as your Savior, declaring, "Jesus is Lord," you will be saved from judgment and spend eternity with God in heaven.
My qusestion is how can my sin be removed by the death or killing of jesus.Isnt it rather a cruel belief to have? That your sins are cleansed because someone else was tortured and brutally killed?honestly Would you want someone else to die for ur sins?

Jesus did die on the Cross for all mans sin. It is up to us what we choose to do with it, and our lives. We have the Freedom to choose what we want to do, and whether or not we want to accept Jesus as our personal savior. If you do not believe this, maybe you could try searching it out for yourself. Find a Church and research it yourself. That is one good thing in life. We have the Freedom to choose what we want. No one can force us to believe or think any different.

There is only one means to have your sins atoned for - the blood of Jesus Christ. If you are still of a mindset to questions God's plan of redemption, then you obviously have no part in it. What you want to bring into question, Christ Himself made known as His mission to earth. Even John the Baptist said, "Behold, the Lamb of God".
There is not one other religion on the face of the planet that can offer atonement for sin. No big deal, then you do not understand God. The miracle of the cross is that it is there that the infinite love of God meets up with the infinited holiness and justice of God. It is a plan of redemption that man could never have thought of.
I hope you come to the point where you can truly celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.

If you read through the holy scriptures (the Bible), you can clearly see that Jesus is more than just a messenger of God. Not only is Jesus the Son of God, but He is also God Himself.
It would require a perfect sacrifice, one without spot or blemish, to clease us of our sins, and there is only One Person who could be, and who has been a perfect sacrifice for us; God (Jesus Christ).

Please don't peg me as the anti-Christ, this needs a little explanation. No, I don't believe that Jesus is God. He appeared at a particular place and time in order to lead men back to the Father. As far as I can see, Jesus never directly said he was God...he was the representative of God. There are those who believe that an individual soul can, by meditation , become God, but that is impossible. Jesus, to my way of thinking, manifested God by actualizing the potential of Divine Love that was within him, as the same love is in EVERY one. I don't knock anyone for beleiving in Christ, but take a look around the various scriptures of the other major religions; they will not lead you astray but only deepen your faith in the One Triune God.

I think that To love the Jesus it must go very beyond only desiring the salvation, therefore today many people desire only the Jesus because of the salvation that it offers, this is not love. And for you is? Therefore I think that to love the God it is much more that this! Much besides loving for interest.

You cannot love a man who says he is god, but is really a prophet. A man who is not god as you said, but claims to be, according to secular history and not jsut the bible, is not a good man. he is either lieing or he is insane. and those men arnt good moral prophets.

i am not that typical christian particularly catholic who always go to church, but i have that sincerety and devotion on Jesus even if i'm not that active in church.
believing is particular it is universal, therefore anyone either church active or not have the right and the position of their own.

Dear Madam
As per as i know you are asking about a question which happened in history. The one think what i know is if we have done a mistake we can always pray to god to forgive ourself. But it doesn't go out of our mind. So, we should be careful afterwards not to be carried away by our senses . Whether it is sins/good work it add only to your head. God is above all this.
