Hi everyone, just thought I would share my thoughts on who I use for shipping, and you could share yours as well. I sell on ebay, and average about $300 a week in sales. I usually sell 6 lots or groups of clothing a week. So I have fairly heavy packages to mail most of the time. I used to use USPS parcel post all of the time, but then I discovered one day that it is cheaper and more beneficial to use Fedex. There is a really nasty man at my post office, and I didn't want to go there anymore, so I checked out the Fedex ground office that is like 5 minutes from my house. If you have anything over 10 pounds to ship Fedex is about 2-3 dollars at least cheaper that parcel post. Also fedex ground delivers in 3 to 4 days tops which is equivilent to priority mail shipping times. Also they give you free tracking, and insurnace up to $100. The USPS can't be beat for packages under 10 pounds though. Fedex overcharges for small packages I have found. Just some helpful information I have found. Please share your shipping tricks and tips as well. I would love to hear them, especially if someone here has a flat rate yearly stamp. How much does it cost, and is your shipping unlimited? Thanks in advance for the responses, and have a great day!
