Christmas Ornaments and Decorations
Make homemade Christmas ornaments and decorations. Why buy costly ornaments and decorations when you can have fun making your own?Before throwing out that old artificial tree that no one else wants, consider cutting off the branches and using them to make wreathes.

Those are some great ideas. I will have to make some wreaths out of old artificial trees. I see them for sale cheap at yard sales all the time. Thanks for sharing.

our youngest sons birthday is Christmas Eve,so we usually do the family get together and Christmas dinner that night,we open gifts from the people who wont be there Christmas morning and he gets birthday presents to open .all others wait till the next morning.

That is a good thing to seperate his birthday presents from the Christmas presents. I have heard some people born near Christmas feel that they don't get presents for b-day and christmas.

We usually open chirstmas gifts in the early hours of the 25th..I guess stay up all night long and the early mornings of chirstmasday. We all eat, adore the presents, be exited and probably watch a movie or something..but we don't hit the pillows until we really get tired..heheheh

We have one Christmas on Christmas eve and then we have another Christmas Day to try to accomodate everyone's tradition. It is very nice actually,

Last Year is my Happiest Christmas Ever..I wrap gifts for my family,mom,dad,3 brother 2 sister.1 nephew and 1 niece..and nothing for me..but im still happy to see them opening..I really believe that Its Better to give than to recieve..Honest..try it..and feels like so GREAT!!!Hope everyone have a wonderful christmas this year!

Now we open all the time it seems like.
When I was little, we openend one thing Christmas Eve, everything else Christmas Day. I continued that tradition with my kids. Now they are grown and we would normally do our stuff Christmas Day, we go to my Mother's later in the week to do some stuff over there, and we try to hook up with my Step-Mother later in the week too.
Mostly it now depends on family schedules and what works for everyone else. My son in the Navy opened his last week because that's when he got the package in the mail!!!

when was a child, we always want to see our gift, and always wanted it to open and play that's why u can see the wrap of our gift has a lots of hole. We open it on 25

My brother and uncle used to carefully unwrap the presents to see what we got and then wrap them back up. LOL. I could always wait. Hope you had a Merry Christmas. Thanks for stopping by.
