ok...make sure that u take breakfast everyday...thats for sure then lunch and dinner tooo.....start having eggs in yr breakfast..ifu dont know the eggs are 100 percent proteins will increase yr muscle mass...start having a glass of milk everyday..with this much diet i had increase 10 kgs of my weight in hostel...

even i like to avoid tensions.... but wat to do...... daily tensions increase ..... it never comes down

it is good that you r thin because staying lean is the current trend......any ways if u r too skinny just eat "angeer"......this improves appetite best in the morning when getting up..always eat the fruits or drink milk empty stomach first thing in the morning before having anything except milk and angeer.....eat small meals whole day that means breaking ur three meals to 10 meals.........at regular intervals of 2 hours.......want to know more u have my chat id.....
