Me, I feel that its murder... Thats my opinion..
I think that adoption is a much better choice, atleast it gives the baby a chance.
and for the woman who are doing it because of rape.. I still feel that they should not abort the child, its still part of them and the baby didnt do anything to deserve to be murdered..if they cant handle raising the child then give it up for adoption so he/she can have a chance to be loved, and also give someone out there that wants to be a parent a chance at it. anyways that's my two cents.
How do you feel?

I believe it is murder. I am a father of a 1 month old and life is precious no matter the circumstances. I think adoption is a great choice for people who have been wrongly forced to birth a child. People who go through with abortion have to live with that choice for the rest of their lives. I am sure it bothers them no matter how far they put it in the back of their heads. Nourishing lives and raising our children should be held on a high priority level. No on abortion.

I also think that it is a murder, therefore the child already is alive in the belly of the mother, however, what she is better? It will be that the child would be better to be born and to suffer, or will be better that it does not know to the world? I believe that everything has that to be natural, therefore abortions happen every day with naturalness. However I think that we cannot want to be God and to interroper a life. Best it is to be prevented not to happen.

it is murder! It's killing your own flesh and blood! Every child is a blessing, so whatever your circumstances are, please don't abort!!!

For those of you who think women who have been raped should carry to term, have you thought deeply about what that experience would be like for the woman and her family?
Married women with families get raped too. Imagine being the husband of a woman who was 8 months pregnant with the baby of a rapist. Imagine walking around being congratulated and asked about the baby. Imagine having to explain the baby to existing children, and explain why you were going to give their half sister or brother away.
Even if a woman wasn't married, imagine how it would feel to be asked about the father.
Imagine what it feels like to give birth. It would be like getting raped backwards, except that there would probably be more physical damage. (People who haven't had babies, might not be aware that it's common for a woman to tear and require stiches). Imagine a married couple waiting for 8 weeks while the woman healed to be intimate again.
Imagine what it would feel like to give half of yourself away. I don't think I could give a baby up for adoption, but would my husband want to help me raise the child of a rapist? This is the kind of think that could tear a family apart.
I think it is imoral to ask a woman to give birth against her will. Pregnancy and birth have a profound, life-changing effect on women, even when they want their babies.
A first trimester fetus has no awareness. Although I'd like to see the number of abortions in countries where it is legal reduced, I still think that it needs to be kept a safe option for women who need it.

I understand what you are saying but I strongly disagree. I think abortion is a very good thing to have legal. Adoption isn't always the greatest thing in the world. Why would you want to bring a child into a life that is not deserving? A child deserves a fresh chance at life. Also the women who are raped? they will never look at the world the same way again and you want them to carry a child full term? I don't think that abortion is murder, in the first three months it doesn't even have any thoughts or anything. It is simply a parasite.

I have always believed it is wrong. The only way I could see someone doing it is if the birth were going to kill both the mother and the child. Personally, I'd give my own life to bring my child into the world...but that's me. I don't have children and never will but I still don't understand women who have abortions and go on with their lives...I couldn't do it.

This is a grave and austere matter you have pointed out Jennifer I am sure. You are right, I believe, that it is a murder. I think it is the most horrible murder of all kinds. Killing someone you dont even know let alone anything done against you by him or her, then killing someone as innocent as an unborn who is not even polluted by a single breath is the most horrible crime on earth.
Carlyle said: The birth of every child means that God has not given up human being as of yet. And killing an innocent unborn child is like antagonizing the hope of God Almighty He has in humans for world's best.....They can even give them birth, put them on a street for adoption by anyone and runaway if they are that heartless, but aborting it...tsk, tsk, tsk. A grave deed.

I dont seem to agree with you on one thing that even if a girl is raped she should give birth to the child as its a baby and it has not done any fault. True but this might affect the reputation of the girl and she might not be even emotionally to handle the pregnancy so it will affect the mother as well as the child. So abortion should be allowed only in two cases which are as follows:-
* When the pregnancy is due to rape.
* When the health of the mother is in danger.
Other than this abortion should not be allowed as killing an unborn baby is a crime and should not be allowed.

Abortion is a murder. Look at what the bible says about the abortion
And if men struggle and strike a woman with child so that she has a miscarriage, yet there is no further injury, he shall be fined as the woman's husband may demand of him, and he shall pay as the judges decide. But if there is any further injury, then you shall appoint as a penalty life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burn for burn, wound for wound, bruise for bruise. Exodus 21:22-25 ...........

I am definately Pro Choice..and I had to have an abortion a few yrs ago....Was it an easy choice? no not at all, we originally WANTED the baby however life took a serious turn for the worse 2 weeks after finding outI was preg and deciding to go through with the preg and decisions had ot be made...do I regret it? absolutely NOT...it was the best choice at that time and if I was in that position again I would have done the same thing...
As for thinking a rape victim should carry her attackers baby to term.....I'm sorry but I'm a survivor of rape and there is NO WAY I would have survived that pregnancy...dealing with being raped is hard enough without havign the added stress and constant reminder of it by goin full term

I have strong opinions on abortion. I totally disagree with the fact that a women of any sort would agree to having an abortion when they are the ones that decided to have the child in the first place. If you don't like the outcome of the decsion you made then you should of thought of that before you did what you did. I'm strongly against abortion and killing an inoccent life who didn't ask to be brought into the world by parents who aren't ready to have a child.
But in some cases ,I feel that abortions are right, depending on the circumstances. If a woman or young girl was brutally raped and became pregnant, I feel that it is her choice to have an abortion or not. I also feel that before anybody has an abortion they should talk to a health care professional about their decision. However, the abortion rate should br reduced as at 24 weeks a baby can survive.

Yep I agree wit most this is a sticky topic. I personally could not do it but do feel the woman has a right of choice. I had a baby as a result of rape and it never changed they way I looked at or loved the child. I would only condone it if the was a genetic factor that would extremely limit the quality of life for the baby.

I think abortion is a crime, a murder, but not in all cases. In some extreme cases abortion is the right choice like manytimes women are too much physically ill & not in the condition to have a baby. So in such condition, a baby who has not come in this world till now should be saved or the mother, who is alive & is in this world for many years? Obviously, the answer would be to get abortion done.

I have to agree with you.Adoption is a much better alternative.Sometimes people have gone up to four months or maybe more into there pregnancy and at that stage the body parts are all formed.I do know that when a lot of young people have unplanned pregnancies they feel helpless and desparate and think the abortion is the most easy way out.But sometimes long term effect can happened as when they get older and wiser and realise realy what they done and sometimes some never realy get over it.
