what makes you happy?

I play with my kids, and I eat. Yes I know it is crazy, but a good well prepared meal really makes me feel better. I am not overweight, but I do love food. At the end of a bad day my favorite food, and a good t.v. show takes care of it all. Who's world wouldn't be a little brighter with Mc Dreamy in it lol.

Hello my friend =) Happy is a very nice word, but a lot of people don´t feel it in there lifes. About me what can make me feel happy, I think love can makes it but love bring problems too , so a thing that just makes happy I thing isn´t possible. In my life i love to make sports and in this case I love to run and make races at the weekends, and that makes me feel really happy =) in the finish of races I am very happy for can made it until the end =) when I see a good movie, read a good book I feel happy =) Sometimes just a smile makes me feel happy. Everything can makes me feel happy =) To be happy is easy, so try to have everydays a smile in your face and life will much more easy . regards.
