It isn't easy now a days, but can be done with sacrifices. If you can sit down and see if the bills will be covered only under his paycheck, and you think you can manage, go for it. If you cannot, then see what you can live without, or cut down. Good luck. Please rate me a + if you are happy with my response. Good luck dear.

Normally I would suggest autosurfs, but as some may know the industry took a huge hit a few days ago, so lets wait and see what'll happen. I'll keep you posted :-)

You might have to down size to get this done. Perhaps buy a smaller home or a more efficient car. Decide that you're not going to eat out as much, don't go into gas stations to buy drinks, walk instead of driving... rent movies instead of going to movies (or go without).
I'm a stay at home mom and here are a few other things that we did. We don't have cable, just two local stations. We don't have cell phones and I got a deal from our long distance provider and the most that we ever pay in long distance is $25 a month. We have dial up instead of high speed internet. We have a very simple and low budget at Christmas and have even made gifts at Christmas time. We take walks instead of going to movies. We have game nights with our friends instead of bowling or going to bars.
There are lots of things that you can do to cut back and most of them free you up to have more family time!
