Have you got any turkey or chicken recipes?

The size of my turkey is huge and we will be eating it for weeks after christmas, have you got any ideas for recipes for left over turkey or chicken?

My turkey is long gone now, at least for another year and yes the dog got the leftovers. lol Thank you for your response. :) xxxxx

Lasange- just subsitute turkey for the mince-mmm really nice. Turkey curries,and any mexician wraps with salsa lettuce etc.

That's a really good idea, after all the vegtables from christmas day it will be a nice change to have pasta and i get to use up the turkey. :) Thank you for your response. :)

I know both can be used with some of the Hamburger Helpers or even more so in the Tuna helpers. It works great in like the cheesy noodle ones. Just about any recipe that calls for cut up or ground up beef you can substitute the others for and it will work. I know I've done that and it's come out. Just a matter of what you like it mixed with.
