I talk to my cat, i think he understans me better than some people ^^

I talk to both my cats, but I also chirp back to one of them when she starts being vocal. I always wonder if I am saying something to her when I do that, and if she thinks I understand...
I also talk to my goldfish sometimes, but that's just because I like to exclaim how cute he is, heh.

if i had a pet i would talk to it i think they are better listeners

I talk to my cat all the time. He is fairly smart. He knows his name, and understands when I say are you hungry?
