American Cars vs. Japanese Cars

What do you think are the best cars, American Cars like Dodge, Ford, Pontiac, Jeep or the Japanese counterpart like Honda, Toyota and Suzuki. And why? Not referring to the speed but specific on the overall performance and the durability of the car also Advantage and DisAdvantage of both.

depends on what to compare... 1. design - japanese cars have more attractive and beautiful design rather than american cars.. 2- horse powers - american cars pack with higher horsepower rather than japanese cars.... which equal to 3. fuel efficientcy.. more horsepower = less fuel efficient... japanese cars are more efficient.. 4. marketing - japanese car are more succcessful in global market rather than american cars... compare the ratio of japanese cars to american cars in other country than america.. hehe just my 2 cent...

Why do you say Japanese Cars are better, i hope you can defend your answer. Give some advantage of Japanese cars over American Cars.

Japanese technology is accepted by people all over the world and their technology is efficient compare to Americans.

yes japanese cars are the best..they are most beautiful with a lot of guarantee and are much cheaper as compared to the american cars..so these are some of the reasons why i prefer japanese cars..e.g toyota it offers a number of cars and jeeps which beautiful as well as economical

Don't compare a 8000 cc american car with a 2000 cc japoneze car.If the japoneze would made a 8000 cc car that would beat all the american cars.Jerery Clarckson said american cars don't have good handling
