He is from England buddy . Infact he was a soldier in the English Army . He left the army and started his career in music !! Can you imagine that !!

James Blunt is about as British as they come. As people have mentioned he is from Wiltshire in good old blighty. Being an amateur singer songwriter myself i appreciate his music and i think his voice has a wonderful tone. His most famous song, You're Beautiful is indeed about a personal time of his and when listening to his lyrics you can really see what happened.
