how do you prepare your barbeque..? recipe please...

Here's mine..filipino barbeque try it..happy cooking. 300 g.pork lomo, sliced into thin strips 3/4 cup del monte instant marinade pinoy barbeque 1/2 cup cooked or frozen green peas 6 cups cooked rice tbsp. margarine 2 tsp. cornstarch. Procedures: marinate pork slices into delmonte instant marinade fro 15 minutes.. drain. dissolve cornstarch in marinade set aside. 2 saute pork inmargarine for5 minutes or until cooked. add peas and matinate mixture. simmer until thick. add riceand salt to taste. cook for 2 minutes with continous stirring.

first i put the coal in the barbeque and then i spread the liquid all over the coals, then i light it with a match, then i wait for the coals to go white, then i put the food on, then i wait for it to cook, then i put it on a plate, then i put some sauce on it and put it on bread, then i put it in my mouth chew on it and then the next day it comes out my back door and gets flushed away lol :D
