I am looking for a standard definition of juvenile deliquency, along with any information that one could use to talk to youths, parents, and teachers. I have to speak to group of 500 youths, ages 13-17. I want to make comparisons and be able to tell them a story of how Juvenile deliquency can be and is being curtailed in your country.
