Hey I suggest you should Walk at a brisk paste every day for an hour. Don't eat fatty foods such as cookies, chips,and code. Eat healthy foods like vegetables, juices, fruits. And don't eat after 7 P.M. You'll see the difference in just one month. That's what I did and lost 18 pounds in 9 weeks. I think you should give it a try.
