Why spend so much for artificial beauty?

I wonder why people undergo facelift,bustlift,botocs,&liposuction. she a lot of money for these artificial beauties.It's no long their natural look.It's fake!Why not accept yourself for what have been given to you. I think there's a lot more beautiful you inside than the outside.

i do not understand it myself why so many people now a days do such things, on second thought might be that this people are working on movie industry that they needed to be beautiful in the eyes of their fans physicaly. though as you mention still they are fakes. greetings. : )
