No, you can't judge people based on their covers. We also can't judge people quickly because humans are complicated things. We're not a "thing". If we were a merchandise, we won't change all time. In fact, we have a free will, brains, personalities, characters, opinions. Outside appearances can often determine if someone is rich or poor. Take a look... Bill Gates. He is a rich person but his dress is often simple and casual. He doesn't mean that he can't buy high-priced clothes. But I think he merely wants to be comfortable and he may like wearing casual and simple clothes.

yes I do, if I see someone who is wearing something old, something damaged, or is improperly dressed for a certain occasion then I will either assume that he/she is poor, lazy or ignorant when it comes to dressing, and if I see someone who is dressed nicly and carries them self well I will think more highly of that person then I would the other.

This will not helpful all the times it is not necessary that the man wearing light/cheap quality clothes may be always a poor person, some rich peoples likes to remain simple and does not like to wear highfi clothes. similarly man having good clothes may not be rich, he might be wearing the rented or someone's clothes.

i dont do as you tell. mine periority to make a guess about other's personality is to pass some time with other person.other wise i want to just knoow about it's thought's.

i think it's not right to justify people according to their appearance with their clothes. Character is the inner quality of human being.

I check people according to how neat their appearance is. I do not care if they are rich or poor. Poor people can find good quality clothes in Thrift Stores and at Value Village. Rich people like to slum. I have been mistaken as a rich person, even though I am of the Middle Class, because I dressed nicely. However if I see someone who is rather ragged and dirt, I assume that he does not care.
