Attention to all business minded people i have a business im engage in sub leasing i accept merchants who will rent me monthly where they can display their merchandise. If business are not good today they will not accept the loss meaning they will not rent monthly.I had to close their stall and it turns out they will hate me of course but i had to do this because its my business...right? I will get the rent that we agreed no matter if they had sales or profit...right?My principle is that i will put pressure to them so that will find the real meaning of being committed and a good entrepreneur. So I have to "Cruel in order for them to be Kind"If you are in my place you will do it also? eventhough they will get angry with me?
