When is enough actually enough?

My ex-boyfriend and I were together for a year before I got pregnant...we'd always talked about getting married and having a family and he said he'd never leave me if I ever became pregnant. Well that is totally not the case anymore. When I found out I was pregnant the phone calls stopped (he was at AIT in the military so it did not bother me) but then he went AWOL. When I was 2 months pregnant I found out he went AWOL with some chick he met there and they were getting into all types of trouble and now he's supposedly in jail because of her. There was also a point when she kept saying she was pregnant and was never pregnant but now she claims to have had a baby a few weeks ago but in August she was a few weeks pregnant, go figure! Well I am here raising our child by myself but I want what we had back because I want to raise my child up with his both his biological parents...am I crazy for thinking this? Should I just move on and continue providing for my son like I have been for the past 2 months? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
