ya.... very much guys.... I found lot of my friens whom I thought I ll never meet again... I also downloaded a lot of songs i wanted from the communities n I ve got so much information I needed on some of the softwares n all.... But the only thing is I got adicted to it n I m not concentrating on my studies for I got my exams in 3 days....

well for me orkut is very very useful...i usually remain only for around the whole day orkut....well after 12th my all friends went for studies to different places but after when i joined orkut i found them again and now we are on constant touch with each other...

It has many good things, like its a good place to meet old friends and improve your relations... and the communities help you a lot to gain information and discuss....
finally to say its a good site but if you use it more you get bored....so comes the discussion like this.....
But at times it irritates me to check my messages and give replies to them you have to go for a different page to type the reply...

i think orkut is mainly for connecting people all over world.but here in mylot u can chat with all the member of world in any discussions.everyone can see ur discussions and respond too.in orkut u have a group where some people out of all can join.ok,this is my view.

i also like meeting new people and talking to them as much as i can

yes...communities help a lot! if i want to find a software, read jokes, find about a person, just about ANYTHING, real well moderated communities help A LOT. and orkut is a really easy way to keep in touch. email is a pain...writing the subject, TO, and the body of the mail is time consuming and frankly that much isnt required just to say a hi. scraps are fun, easy and convenient to keep in touch with ppl! :)
