WORK CULTURE of the company that you owrk in - Is it important to you?

I had not thought about how relevant is work culture until I switched my job. I had started comparing the work culture of the present and past companies. I realised that it was very much important to me, I mean workculture would actually be an important factor for me in future while choosing a firm. The present firm I work for has an MNC culture, It has facilities to play, canteen etc etc, but what I miss the most is the belongingnesss factor. It seems that people wish each other a hi just because they had to, they were in the same firm, Nothing beyond that of being in the businesss mattered. It is more of a materialistic kind of world. Since majority of your time is spent in your office, I think it is very important to have a good work culture, what do you say?
