Dont you feel sick when you do something silly

I went shopping for my son's christmas while i was on vacation in New York at the Big Macy's. I got the cutest boxers, undershirts, socks, a little suit, some shoes, and several other cute outfits. I was very happy with my purchases. And then as we were leaving Macy's I saw a little stand outside selling little gloves so i stopped to buy him pair. So i bought them for the discounted price of $1.00 and then I bent down to place them on his little hands. He wasnt quite skilled on how do i get the right fingers in the the right pocket and so it took some working . After I had them both on I picked up my purse and we hailed a cab. About two minutes ride in the cab and I realized I forgot my shopping bag. aaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..........i of course went back, but for what I have no idea because..."hey its new york city" the cab driver told me....well I was sick about it at first...then I wrote it off an put it in my "someone needed those clothes more" file...to feel better...... Ever happen to anyone else?
