If you don't want to put on weight while sitting glued on tv, consider snacking on these healthier fast foods.
TAKE IT AWAY - Go for lean grilled hamburgers, skinless chicken and fish burgers instead of deep fried fish n chips, hotdogs, or pizzas.
ONCE YOU POP - Popcorn and pretzels are good low-fat alternatives to potato chips; opt for the ones that are lower in salt.
A BIT OF FIZZ - Instead of gorging on ice cream and donuts, try non fat frozen yoghurt, fruit sorbet or a slice of fruit loaf. Mix some dried fruit, nuts and a handful of chocolate chips.
