why BPO industry is so booming

by my knowledge in india they are having cheap labour as well as cheap call rates according to america , according to survey there wil be more than 10,0000 lakhs jobs in india within coming two years in ncr region and now that means boom for me , what do you say about this .

the reasons are many..the most obvious reason is that its much more cheaper here to carry on the whole operations because of the low wage requirement..add to that the availabilty of large english speaking population, it makes a winning combination..also the techincal expertise in India is really good which tilts the balance in their favaour..
