I (16) boy, i don't have parents & my uncle wants me to get married for property

I take it that you live with your uncle. That is completely wrong and selfish of him. How old is the woman you're supposed to marry? 16 is too young to get married in any case. I don't know from what country you are but this must be against the law. I take it that you are still at school. Discuss this matter with your teacher. I am sure that he/she will be able to to assist or to refer you to a very good social worker. DO NOT MARRY!! GO STUDY!!
