Do you feel scared before telling 'I love you'?

Are you afraid or scared or confused to tell someone I love you for that if the one you are saying will refuse you?

me? I don't feel afraid to say "i love you". I just really have to be sure about what I feel before I need to say that word. Even if he refuse, the important thing is that I've said what I really feel. Love doesn't always need an exchange of another love.

actually im too scared that i cant say "i love you" ... and because of that i got hurt.. sad to say that i cant bring back the time to overcome that fear. i have this mixed emotions and also the worries that i may get refuse, i guess im not that good when it comes to that kind of situation.

I hate that. I was raised that the man always makes the first move, on everything, so I usually am just over anxious waiting on him to say it first. A couple of times I have said it first but it wasn't a good idea.
