Is mylot so popular in India?

No,myLot is not very famous here but India is growing day by day expensive so Indian users try to earn some money as a part time job.

I have observed that too, but according to the threads other have posts, I have agreed that maybe not that much popular against their totaal population, maybe about 3% or less, maybe the reason why I observed that many people from here is from mylot is that I coincidence view their posts and answers. Maybe members from India are very active in this site.

No i dont think so.. according to my view because im an INDIAN.. when i spoke to my friends about mylot they dint beleive me...!!! i joined this november after my payment ill be asking my friends to join....!!

As i can see there are much Indians here so it must be one of the most popular websites in India. But we have to notice something so as to understand this. How much does one dollar costs for an Indian. Because here in Europe one dollar is 0.80 Euros thats why we have so little european people and if you look for people of Great Britain then you can hardly find anyone here.

Though the number of people usig internet in india is very much less when compared to any other western country but the number of indians who use mylot seem to be very high compared to any other country as you have rightly observed.

Not only India mylot is popular but also from other country such yours and in Philippines. I think because Mylot really pays.

mylot is still not very popular in india compared to usa.the main reasons being 1.people have to make good posts and the the rate of payment is low. 2.people dont have much time posting on topics rather they would chat online. 3.people here are confused about the mode of payment specially by paypal where the minimum payout is 150$ in india and they think it would takelong time to reach 150$mark to get payments i think for these reasons people in india are not joining mylot that much.only avid users who are intersted in posting are joiuning mylot.although i see many indians in here but it is not as mcu as compared to orkut.

There seem to be a ton of MyLot users from India. It makes things hard for me to communicate because of the language barrier and then the culture barrier that makes things so different.

Indian internet users are just about waking up to (and actually believing) the whole concept of 'making money through surfing', and that number is rapidly increasing at an exponential rate.. so yeah.. the potential exists, but there's still time for this site to be super-popular with this geolocation :-)

i dont Think it is most popular website in india. because, In india Internet usage is not much compared to United states. But, Still there are Hundreds of indians on this website. People here are getting paid that is one of the main reason to get popular but, i reffered some of my friends they were not intrested in this because, we get paid very less for more Posts. we wont get paid for one line answers & my lot pays only for the quality posts.

i dont think mylot is more popular in india. there are few from india comparedto its population . if you compare to western countries their number of persons are more number of people in the list of todays top users are not indians most of them are non indians.

Other discussion forums like Orkut is playing a great role in spreading MyLoting among the Online community in India. But the problem is that Internet penetration in India is very low. But it is expected to grow very fast because of the computers becoming cheaper and cheaper.
