Who selects the "today's top discusions" and on what basis they are being selected?

i think mylot select them ive never understood how, i never made the first team just made the first team laugh

My lot pays Only for the Quality Discussion. Prevent posting on discussions which is already started by someone.Type aleast 4 to 5 lines in a post. My lot never pays on the no. of the posting It pays for the qulaity posting & disussions.
