the games are addictive!! once you start technically controling a life... you wanna see how it works. all the sim games are so famous that they are really popular... from creating a city to controlling a singal sim with everything... even getting married and having kids

I think the success of the Sims stems from it being a life simulator. The Sim City series did well and it only made sense to go from building structures to building lifestyles in a game.
