Cost to replace a timing belt.

I am getting ready to have the timing belt replaced on a 1995 Honda Accord EX, 2.2 liter VTEC, and was wondering how much it would cost. If anybody has had this repair done to their car recently I would like to know how much it cost and what all the person doing it said that it involved. Also, where did you take your vehicle, a dealer or local mechanic? I want to make sure that I can get it done right without paying a lot of extra money. Thank you for any responses.
