I would say paypal is the best, since its been accepted by ebay and used by millions of users worldwide, and moreover recently iboko had recieved some problems in payments to its users like the server problems, but can be accessed 24/7 with no problems.

I prefer Paypal as it is famous than iboke.Truely speaking I dont know any thing about iboke.Also one can easily shop many things like softwares of games using paypal.I havent seen any site using iboke.Also paypal is spread almost everewhere and specially in India also.So i prefer paypal.
