yeah..of course i'll be disappointed especially when i give my best shot for it..but i'll also be thankful and feel great because it's just the beginning/start for me..failures makes me took a time out and reassess my strengths and weaknesses..so the next time i'll be in a job application, i'm smart enough to face it. =)

of course, I felt diappointed at first and thought myself if there's anything wrong about me or about my resume???? But, of course, there could only be positions that's available for only few applicants. Maybe, all sorts of people have different levels of performances but everybody's doing their best. And, as a fact based on my personal experiences, out of 10 jobs I have applied to, only 8 companies called back for an interview, but I have only passed on one company. I struggled out to be in the positions I have applied to but, unfortunately, that job doesn't fit me and when I have been accepted to the job I like, I didn't lasts about a week, and then I have understood that the job I wanted to have really not meant for me. It's a tough job, I can't stay any longer with it. Therefore, failinf into job application doesn't mean you're not good enough, it's just that your skills doesn't fit the job and it will take you hard time on working with it. So, be strong and don't lose hope to find a job suited for you!
