Post replies regularly, add interesting topics, add more friends in your friend list, give the responses to the replies get in your topics. U will automatically come in contact with others and will be succeeded to make the friends.

Hey just start new discussions (meaninful discussions) not like what color do you like, whats your favourite food etc.. and also make the discussions intersting so that lot of users reply to your discussions and dont forget to look at other discussions and reply your views.
