true...or the day before your diet you try to get all the junk food out by eating most of them. lol..And people offering food does not help and them saying one little piece or bite won't hurt then it takes you another few days to get your head straightened out to start again....whew!!!!happens to me all the time!!!!lol..

That was great. Have you kept the weight off? What I hate is once I lost 30 lbs and I put it back on in just over a yr.........darn stress eating!

i am doing this. i eat whatever i want until 3pm, reasonably. and i do not eat after 3 except water, milk and fresh fruit. i'm doing ok but i lost 5 lbs already.

It always seems to go that way doesn't it? And have you noticed the other thing is that the very first day you start on your new diet, someone will offer you something that you simply cannot resist. I tell you sometimes I think it is a "conspiracy". LOL :)

It is a conspiracy to keep me chunky!! The holidays are coming and I can't resist cookies! Whatever am I gonna do........ I know put on another winter 10.
