Anyone Have a cure for a sore throat?

I have a sore throat and I want it to go away. Do anyone have a home remedy that wont kill me.

The only cure is time. There are things that can help ease the pain but until the virus that is causing the sore throat goes away it will still be there. Warm salty water helps for an hour or so but it will not go away completely. Throat lozenges will help ease the pain.

have you tried gargling with mouthwash? if yes and it still does not work, gargle lukewarm water with a small amount of salt. it does help. avoid cold drinks and sweets. avoid salty food, too and sleep on time.
