Do you like to staing in hotels?

In my life I have stayed at some hotels, some youth hostels, some backpacker hostels and some guest houses. These days I like to stay in a locally owned guest house or unusual accommodation. In Belize I stayed in a tree house and in Mexico I got the chance to stay in a thatched beach hut with a sand floor. I like budget accommodation and not expensive hotels. I am an independent traveler and not a tourist.

Yes I like it, it's a change of your daily routine and you feel a bit spoiled too :) But I can't imagine living in hotels all of the times like some celebrities do, I need to feel I'm at home and have all my things, books, etc around me most of the time.

I love staying in hotels. Someone else makes the bed for you and the sheets are really crisp, you don't have to cook, and you get free samples in your bathroom. How could you NOT like that? LOL
