Satanic Christians....

I once knew a U.S. Army Drill Sergeant who was what he called a "Satanic Christian".
Basically, he accepted Christ as his personal savior, read the Bible and truly believed that Jesus was all that He claimed to be.
The difference between him and other Christians was, at the end of the Thousand Years of Peace (spoken of in Revelation) when "Satan is loosed for a Season", he believes that Satan will win the final battle against Jesus.
Sounds to me like he's merely trying to play both sides.... what do you think?

I agree, he does sound like hes trying to play both sides. You can't be truly Christian if you believe Satan should defeat Jesus. It's an oxymoron to be a christian satanist.

Yes that's what a Christian is but he contradicts himself by believe that Satan will be the ultimate winner in the constant battle for souls.

Actually, I believe he is truly a Christian, but I don't think it will do much for him in the end. ;~D

Pardon me, but what a sick puppy. Well, that's the Army for ya. Sorry, I'm a former Marine. The world is full of those playing both sides. However God says He wants you to be Hot or Cold, not Lukewarm. Playing both sides is NOT going to get anyone anywhere! Yes, I am a Christian. Satanic Christian - there is no part of Satan involved in being a Christian, I believe what he was is a Satan Worshipper, he just didn't come right out and say so ... don't you think so?

Well (playing Devil's Advocate here), the only people who can be Satanists are Christians, since it's the only religion that has Satan at all. ;~D

Perhaps all "mythology" sounds similar because it all stems from the same original truth.
But yeah, it does sound like a Dan Brown novel, doesn't it. ;~D
