Really do not know, what is it called, but I found dandruff like thing is sticking to the ears of my pet rabbit.
On scrubbing, dry skin comes out. But no problem with the rest of the body part.
Any suggestion, how to get rid of that?

First of all, I envy you...u have a pet rabbit?! WOW!
Are you sure this is a case of dandruff? I'd get my pet thoroughly scrutinised by a vet if I were you, before attempting to cure it myself.
If you are using ordinary/baby shampoos to bathe ur pet, just Stop! The PH levels of animal skin are a lot different than human skin and our regular shampoos that contain sulphur and/or salicylic acid can do more harm than good. Use cleaning agents made for animals and make sure you rinse out every last bit after each wash.
Drandruff like flakes could also be indicators of the onset of serious health problems in your pet or worse still a bad attack of parasites.
I suggest to run to the vet soon!

Have you been batheing the rabbit? Because some animals you can not bathe due to possibly drying out their skin. If you have not been batheing the rabbit, I, too, would suggest that you get the rabbit to a vet. It could something serious. And if not, the vet could give you something to may help.
