Kids have right to both parents

Our kids have right to have mom and dadd around even when we parents of some reason splitts. But it´s a lot of parents who can´t make this in a good way for the kids, because they fights and what ever they do. So anyway in Sweden we have strange laws . The parent who have the kid living with them can control a lot without have some problems with the laws. It´s a lot of dadds moms who wants to have more connection with their kids even if they not live fullpart time with them. How is it in your country with this part and how does it works aout when one parent don´t allow the other one to see the kid?
