I suggest diet and exercise to lose any form of fat. Though its not just dieting to lose weight then once you lose weight you go back to your old eating habits. Many people don't realize that they are eating far more calories than they need to consume. The trick is don't eat more than you need to, only eat when you are hungry, and don't stuff yourself. If you simply only eat as much as your body really needs to maintain itself, heal itself, and grow, then you should maintain your weight. I'm not saying you should starve, you just shouldn't over indulge. Next time you go to eat some snack take a look at the stats. Also the percentages on a package are based off of a 2000 calorie diet, and there are very few people who need 2000 calories, and they are mainly large men.
