I just found out from my mother that two of her prescriptions interacted and she wound up with chemical burns on her skin! It looked like a bad sunburn, but her doctor said it was a chemical burn. She was taking two prescriptions that were known to interact, and neither the doctor nor the pharmacist caught it! Has anyone ever had a chemical burn from two prescriptions interacting?
