who should be india's cricket captain??

dravid going flop all these days and now ganguly came back with a bang in test team,should he replace dravid.will by changing captain india will won the match.i think he should replace the dravid

i think india's captaincy post is jinxed...when tendulkar became captain he dint play properly..when dravid became captain he started playing bad :P
