Force of Habit - Are you caught in the force of habit?

Consumption of alcohol, cigarette, drugs, pulling hairs, eating too much food, drinking more artificial flavoured drinks, sleeping more hours than required, etc. One should fish against these habits on a war footing to get rid of them soon to be healthy. What habit you got rid in recent times?

You promise on your loved one either husband or child. You will deinitely give it up. You have keep a financial bet with your husband. I used to peel off the skin on the lips whenever I am in deep thinking. I gave it up, because of my wife keep telling me about it.

i was a habbit to eat raw rice and sugar do u belive .in whole day i think i was atleast eat sugar and raw rice 10-15 times and i love to eat .
and i am facing too much problem (skin problem ) due to eating too much raw rice .
nobody know about my this habbit but i know where is the problem and than i was deceide i have to leave my this habbit .
within month i get rid from this problem because when i need or want to eat that things i just drink water more and more .

for me, it's nailbiting. it's something i couldn't get out of, even though i've been trying for years. i seem to have tried every other trick there is, but nothing has worked yet....

I got rid of drinking artificial drinks like soda. THis is on epart of getting rid of my bad habits. I discipline myself to drink water most of the time and some chocolate and coffee.
